Dat toont aan dat dagelijkse beweging mogelijk een veel directere rol speelt bij het afremmen van de ziekte van Alzheimer dan gedacht. Gewoon lopen kan al verschil maken. En daarvoor hoef je ook niet altijd aan de vaak genoemde 10.000 stappen per dag te komen....
